Ask HN: What do you use to write and take notes? Is there a cursor for writing?

I have been using CrossLine (https://github.com/rochus-keller/crossline/) for the last 16 years for this purpose; before I used Netmanage Ecco Pro (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecco_Pro). Of course there is a cursor for writing.

For things I need to search some what regularly(like tech commands I need often but not often enough to memorise) I put them in obsidian
