Are you sure? CF's main selling point has always been DDoS protection. Even with $$$ it's better than the AWS etc equivalent.
Even on their website, the main message isn't "free forever" but "protect" and "start free".
Vercel never uses its "open-source" framework funnel to lock folks into opaque, five-figure Enterprise deals for basic features (like security), right?
