Tell HN: Cloudflare billing issue that is over 6 months old and no support
It appears that Cloudflare has had a known billing issue for more than 6 months now and there is no way to get in touch with support. Is anyone else having issues?
I can't update DNS and they have basically blocked my domain and there is no way to unblock it, even for other company's services on thier network... Haven't noticed any billing issue. Maybe try reaching out to them at https://x.com/CloudflareHelp I work at Clouflare - I'll email you to get some details and make sure we figure this out.
