blog.twingdata.comI have been going through the Shopify app development process and it's similarly painful. Being restricted on the tools available for the frontend is the most annoying thing.
That said, the trouble is worth it because B2B app marketplaces are great for distribution and generating quick side-hustle income. I'm happy platforms have the put effort in to create them.
Author here. Me too! In fact, I wrote an entire other blog alongside this one on the business case of building for B2B app marketplaces like Snowflake. Will likely release it tomorrow.
You should write something on the Shopify dev process! Might alleviate some pain for someone - ie: me - down the road :)
