Those appear to be patch releases for major releases, not rapid releases, so the source should be available: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/reference/versioning/

Is MongoDB no longer source-available? I'm not sure how much I can say about it, but it is temporal solution and not about closing the source code. The new commits should be available in the coming days unless it would be decided to postpone further. Hey @aleksi. The code synchronization between our internal development branches and public repository was impaired due to modifications needed in our branching strategy. We disabled the synchronization while completing these changes, which took longer than anticipated. However, we have now restored it and apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this may have caused.
