Ask HN: What's Your Favourite Keyboard?
Title basically covers it, but if you need more clarification: what's your favourite input device that you use to input letters? It doesn't need to be a "traditional" keyboard, or even hardware. I'm curious where HN users go. Logitech MX Keys S, Black Magic Keyboard works for me. Better than Mx Keys. Mechanical works even better... until there is some pain then I revert to low profile. Tested a Nuphy for a few days and sold, now miss it again. Point is: don't start on this. Stick to your Macbook keyboard. The keyboard on a DEC VT100 terminal. Somehow I can type really fast on that one without a lot of typos. The keys are really heavy which helps avoid half-pressing an adjacent key by accident. The Razer Blackwidow v3 works fine for me. It is pleasant and responsive to type on and gets the job done. Unicomp. Fourteen years so far. UHK
