Ask HN: Reassurances against labor action at the largest tech giants?
The question is prompted by learning of this story:

From a naive shareholder's standpoint, wouldn't it be possible for a group of employees working together to erase a key part of a major product and destroy the backups?
I would assume that this would be an important part of running a technology company with a rich history including both technical and internal policy innovations but I wouldn't even know where to start studying it. Which position in the standard C-level management is responsible to sign off on countermeasures?
