We already have billionaires slandering and harassing random people. So I find this argument moot.

Feels like a false moral equivalent. A billionaire doing anything is a billionaire not an equal. The equity brought to bear is innately unequal.
Calling Musk a Pedo is not the same as Musk calling a random involved in a cave rescue a Pedo.
