The FAA's interpretation of federal regulations (CFR 14) isn't just arbitrary and capricious, it's arbitrary, capricious, and vindictive.

They're fighting to take Trent Palmer's license, because he decided to go around, instead of landing, because the FAA's interpretation of the CFRs is that going around is prohibited on any landing locations with structures nearby.
