Coinbase cheers demise of CFPB as customer complaints mount to almost 8k

Will this help or hurt Crypto? On the one hand, obviously deregulation makes it easier for companies, but isn't part of the goal of regulation to help people trust certain markets?

What are some good ways to hos my own digital wallet? Coinbase is nice that it takes care of a lot of things but I am not sure I trust them.
