Ask HN: Trying to build a marketplace app with Claude
So if you check my previous submissions, you can see that i have a marketplace platform idea in my mind that i wanna build. I looked around for a technical co founder but i couldn't find one. So i thought lets try to make a demo with AI and see what happpens. I spent some time with Claude and build an app. To my eyes, it seems like something. You can open the restauran, order food as a customer. It works when multiple devices try to use it. Currently the problem is this: i am not sure that the app works exactly the way i want it to work. And there is some problems i detected but i couldn't fix. Basically i am not sure that how much progress did i make towards to a real product? and how can i turn it to a product(or can it be done)? And advice? if youre interested i can send you the github repos of the app too. What is the URL of your service? How do you incentivize restaurants to update their menu online on the long term? This is the usual point of failure for this type of app. the app is not live at the moment. i couldnt finish the product.
if they need to update the menu, they can update it easily from a really simple interface. i designed the interface for the demo actually and its pretty easy to use.
