Congratulations on your launch, hiccups and all. I love the 3KW concept, but more than that I love beautifully honest way you’ve shared your experience in these blog posts. I experienced the glitches when I saw the original post, but they were fixed when I came back, and now I can’t wait for my mom to receive her next card. $5 well spent for a fun digital experience that results in an analog, memory-forming experience for someone else somewhere else.
