LuckyShot: a Rust CLI that uses BM25 and RAG for smarter code context retrieval

Hey all, I thought i'd share my weekend experiment! Selecting the right files to put into AIs seems to be an increasingly interesting problem. Thought some folks would enjoy seeing a CLI simple enough to kind of understand one way to do it.
