EU Commission withdraws AI liability directive
euractiv.comNot that I agree with Vance, but is it finally an admission from the EU that it's lagging behind due to over regulation?
By pure coincidence they released this 2 days ago:
"we will radically lighten the regulatory load for people, businesses and administrations in the EU. To boost prosperity and resilience, the Commission will propose unprecedented simplification to unleash opportunities, innovation and growth." [1]

Hopefully a repeal of the stupid cookie law and save the web.
I'll believe it when I see it. It sounds great but like with all EU and especially the Commission matters, there's a big difference between their grand statements and the reality.
