Let's say this becomes ubiquitus as Google Adsense etc and > 50% of websites are using it. You're telling me it won't be used by Three Letter Agencies to "target dangerous terrorists to slowly change their thinking towards topics" or even "radicalise someone close to a foreign country's politician to Manchurian Candidate them".
