Ask HN: Milestone Based Equity for Developers?
Our sales and C-level employees have milestone based equity incentive programs. I was wondering if there is any equity milestones that could work for developers? I thought every equity incentive program was milestone based. If the business doesn’t do well your shares are worth less. If you don’t perform well you’re fired and some of your options or RSU don’t vest or are repurchased for $0/sh.
