Microsoft/WSL pull requests taken over by malicious GH action

Gotta give my hats off to the security researcher for being able to do this.

Human rights are really important, but I feel like I could make a bigger change by using my voice in some other forum than vandalizing GitHub issues, but each on their own I guess. Hacker culture's gonna hacker culture :D

Personally I would've just reported this to Microsoft and donated some of the bounty rewards for messaging about causes that are important to me.
