I fear a near future where where Kafkaesque mystery systems inflict confusion and injustice with no human route for fixes or even explanation.

Especially as companies shoehorn in LLMs to make unreliable decisions and bullshit explanations with a false veneer of trustability.

        If you could seriously consider the idea of giving accounts support based on their total account spend rather than zone plans (such as if you spend over 200/mo you get business support regardless of your zone plans) it would have let us get suitably prompt chat support for most of our issues over the years, probably including this one, without the need of the public jgc batsignal.
