React-in-HTML from a 21kb Bundle

This was my weekend project. Allows putting tiny react things in your HTML where ever you want. I'm going to use this because I like it more than react as it remains simple and I predominantly use HTML+JS-only now, but sometimes want a little react.

The LLMs pick it up very easily!
