Ask HN: Open-source app to schedule enforced downtime on macOS?

I want to be able to schedule multiple Downtime periods on macOS, but that isn't possible. So instead I'm looking for an open source app that will enforce a downtime schedule.

Alternatively, some applescript to automate the UI but that has been an exercise in frustration for me
