The NiftiView App allows you to view your medical scan (often handed out as a CD) and to export it as a PNG or GIF.

NiftiView can be downloaded as an .exe file (or .bin for Linux) despite being written in Python (using NumPy and Pillow)! These standalone executables are compiled via GitHub Actions!
