Try using AI to find a free AI seems to impossible
Free seems to be a tough concept for Ai to find or understand.... It's probably information cut off and weights related. Despite updating their models, OAI often returns out of date information. This is especially true for major changes of OSS, where it will still return out of date recommendations from 3+ years ago.
