After two turbulent years in which private equity investors struggled to achieve successful exits and return capital, PE-backed IPOs are showing renewed momentum in 2024.

The note also provides a list of 50 top US prospects for going public over the next year. Many of these PE-backed companies have pre-filed, but many have not.
