L.A. man accused of robbery string while wearing GPS ankle monitor

> Warren and another man wearing dark sweatshirts and masks knocked the victim to the ground and robbed him of his watch and phone.

He committed armed robbery, and they let him go. Two weeks later committed another and they slap a non-functioning gps bracelet and let him go? It reads like some satire not real news.
