This starts out rather confrontational, but ends with saying it’s a clever idea that is worth considering.

What I would like to know: if there is a new description of physics using a graph model, how does it change our understanding of the world? Is this just a different language or are there additional insights?

This is what has me hung up too! Wolfram ties in the fundamental concepts of G/S relativity together with QM in his graph model. Well-known principles pop out everywhere!

This begs the question: If this new, more general model can be fit to known theories so well, shouldn't it also predict new theories, principles, models, computational techniques etc? Without, the above seems too convenient; an overfit.
