An ideal candidate would have industrial software engineering experience, has ample business sense, and excels at not only leading but also mentoring individual developers through the project's completion.
Additionally, you should know iOS well, but also be flexible in terms of engineering software which would be cross platform.
Needless to say, this is a vitally important step for our company. Don't apply if you can't move to NYC. You're going to be a full fledged partner in this company, so equity is going to reflect that.
