What Constitutes an AWS Health Event?
Our AWS CodePipelines started failing for S3 Deployments to certain regions yesterday with an indecipherable "internal error". After waiting a few hours, nothing ever appeared on the Health Status board. I had to sign up for a support plan just to receive: "Our internal teams are aware of this issue, we are investigating an issue causing deployments to fail when deploying artifacts to cross-account S3 bucket. We can confirm during this issue deployments will fail with an 'internal error'. "
This has been going on for almost 24 hours. Why doesn't this constitute an event worth publishing to the Health Status? If this is report-worthy, what is?
