Fisker bankruptcy hits major speed bump as fleet sale is now in question

> American Lease, says in a new filing that Fisker now believes there is no way to transfer the information connected to each SUV to a new server not owned by the bankrupt EV startup.

I am really curious what type information transfer is not possible? Perhaps all Fisker SUVs communicate with Fisker.com and American Lease will not get ownership of that domain.
