Microsoft re-launches 'privacy nightmare' AI screenshot tool

How? This looks very hard to implement. Do they mean that they're not searchable by default?
And will setting your background to be a picture of a pile of credit cards be the only means of opting out?
(When Microsoft says a feature will be "opt-in", they're usually lying.)
