Ask HN: Alternatives to ChatGPT with Open Models?
I use the big 3 chatbots already. Since there seem to be a lot of interest and movement in the open weight world (llama and alternatives), and also companies that support inference, I'm wondering if there are any services that cobble together their own llm chatbots? Or are there resources where I can find some of the projects others (either individuals or small companies) have put together? I mean, you can run open weights on your own hardware. But very few businesses/websites are just going to let you inference for free.
