Ask HN: Rights to receive copies of / delete past job interview data

These are questions for those with a law school background who have some experience with hiring processes in larger tech companies.

1) Do you have the right in California to demand and receive copies of all interviewer notes and other information (e.g. how you have been categorized, flagged, etc) related to your past job interviews at a company?

2) Can you demand that all information related to past job interviews is deleted from their systems?
