AI Personal Agents as the Future of Digital Experiences

It sure sounds like the author is proposing exactly this:

That's not going to happen anytime soon because voice is an absolutely terrible input method for a whole ton of common things people want to do.

This is what I don't want, because in order for this to happen, the agent has to have access to extremely sensitive data about me. Given the history of our industry on this topic, there's no way I'd trust any software with that.
