Stonehenge's Altar Stone origins reveal advanced ancient Britain

Sea transport appears to me to be so risky that there may have been multiple stones lost at sea. An interesting project would be to search for lost stones using side-scan sonar. Artifacts found with such stones might provide worthwhile information about those who built Stonehenge.
