What do you do to relax between the meetings or coding sessions?
I've been finding myself getting pretty drained jumping between meetings or coding sessions when working from home. I usually take a walk or read newsletters in between (first 1000, pragmatic engineer, tech talks weekly are the good ones!), but lately, those have started to feel boring, so I'm looking for some fresh ideas. Relaxing kind of requires doing less, not switching to a different activity that requires significant effort. Instead of trying to cram in more thinking with newsletters and podcasts in your downtime intervals, try doing nothing. Or have a chat with someone that isn't about your work and tech interests. YouTube. Work out. Meditate. Shower. Eat something healthy.
