You have no idea how little Sweden cares about privacy. In the website below you can click on any building of any Swedish city, and get the name, age, birthday, the partner who lives with them, their job, and sometimes the phone number of the person who lives there. Alternatively, you can search for the name of any person who lives in Sweden and get their address (and all the rest of the info above).

    Is Sweden the country where everyone’s tax returns are public? Or is that Norway?

    This is so strange to me. Weren't they pretty gung-ho about GDPR?

      That's essentially phone book information. The internet makes it easier to find, but it's all stuff that's public in pretty much every country. GDPR is concerned more about actual personal information from what I've seen.
