WireGuard and Linux Network Namespaces

This super closely mirrors work I copy-pasted/adapted from namespaced-openvpn https://github.com/slingamn/namespaced-openvpn (to be able to use a torrent client (rtorrent) over vpn). This looks a little longer but same ideas?

Good stuff, namespaces ftw, wish we were much broader users of them. Good mini lesson.
