Show HN: I made collecting feedback much simpler
tryfeedbackloop.comHey HN,
I'm Ewen, a student working on this side project.
I've been working on several startups already, but I always faced the problem of having a hard time collecting feedback from users (because they're not enough engaged, don't answer surveys, etc...)
So I made FeedbackLoop, with it you can integrate an Intercom-like widget to your page to collect feedback from your users and even showcase your roadmap.
There are many more fun and interesting features!
I hope you'll like this tool of mine and I'd be delighted if you could give feedback on it!

Cool product, collecting is so important when building a SaaS. Have you thought of expanding this to e-commerce? I work in e-commerce and could this utilization of this product quite a lot.
What's the point of fake comments, let alone talking with yourself using alt accounts?
Do you think potential users will trust someone who posts fake comments?
So you mean instead of feedbacking the functionalities of the product, in this case, users feedback on the quality, design of the clothes?
Sort of. Imagine you sell watches, and you want to know why 10% of a certain SKU is getting returned. Currently you just have a text box for that, but it’s difficult and time consuming sifting through all that feedback to get specific data.
With your product, you make it more systematic, so a customer returning it is drilling down to “watch band is fraying” or whatever. That way the company can take the feedback, and improve.
Or an ebike company wants to create a second version of their flagship bike, but wants to know what existing customers would want improved. So they fire out an email with a $50 coupon for anyone who completes your feedback process. Through that, they are able to find out the handlebars are too narrow, the brake caliper screws strip easily, and the motor is too loud. So they prioritize these upgrades accordingly.
I dunno, to me that seems useful, and an improvement over what they do currently.
That’s as deep as I can go for now, but as general advice don’t be afraid to pivot. Find what works/sells and go all in on it.

Why does it need Google login? Can I use it without it?
