It has been already dismissed https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/1dt22iq/dfv_law...

I don't understand what the manipulation here is. Has he sold his shares? It is not illegal to buy shares in a company and say you bought shares in the company as long as you are trading on public information.

The title has changed to 'Roaring Kitty' lawsuit over GameStop is withdrawn for now

So the original post is no longer valid.

My opinion is he should have learned what enough is. He made enough money for many lifetimes. Coming back for more, like his livestream, was intensely stupid.

Then he recently moved to Chewy. A larger target could not be painted on his back for an example to be made of.

    >He made enough money for many lifetimes.

    Did he already sell?

Then the Chewy thing ... is that supossed to be bad? Is he doing anything illegal?

not doing anything illegal. if you watched his stream, he illustrates how the market is run by algorithms in realtime. Effectively shut down any claims that he is manipulating anything.

You either die a hero or live long enough to get sued.

Charming quip aside, he knew what he was doing. He knew what he was doing 4 years ago, and he does even more now.
