Get a rep on the phone faster and get better help
gethuman.comI hate the disrespect that companies have for their customers. Whether it's Amazon or MOHELA, trying to get an actual human on the phone, past the asinine and near-useless voice recognition systems, can be very difficult. I had to call Amazon recently, exhausting all options online, and it was very painful but I eventually got a human. When companies make it so difficult, so obtuse to get them on the phone, when all else fails I think it's perfectly reasonable to email or call the CEO, VP, or anyone you can get directly.
