The judge said "it appears this case ends with me here in Saipan.” As this is in the context of the US case, I read that as precluding any further legal action from the USA. Also that as a condition of his plea bargain is indefinitely barred from entering the US. His flight from the UK to Saipan and onward home was not permitted to be on commercial flights; there is an active fundraiser to foot his 500K$ transport bill. So what conditions are waiting for him in his native Australia, and how free will he be to move?
