Grayjay is not Open Source

This comes down to the same issue that is always brought up. The open source initiative does not have the trademark on the term open source. The fact that they don't have this makes it a fundamentally unenforceable term. If they cannot enforce it, people will continue to use it however they see fit. Words without trademarks have no rightful meaning or ownership
