DeepSeek-Coder-V2: Breaking the Barrier of Closed-Source Models in Code

DeepSeek V2 was largely dismissed on HN due to being large and require non-trivial (i.e. vanilla llama.cpp or even vLLM does not run it) software to run (my guess). And their hosted API is heavily censored because of China.

Let's see whether Coder-V2 (given the good reputation of DeepSeek-Coder) can be popular.
