iOS 18 Will Let You Activate Third-Party Camera from iPhone's Lock Screen

and will we ever be able to record a voice memo without unlocking and fidgeting with shortcuts/automations that seemingly get nerfed in every major release?

or how about showing a note on the lock screen to make a smartphone at least as usable as a piece of paper for a shopping list?
