OpenAI's new Safety and Security Committee's message

> Today, the OpenAI Board formed a Safety and Security Committee led by directors Bret Taylor (Chair), Adam D’Angelo, Nicole Seligman, and Sam Altman (CEO).

A couple of directors, and the CEO. And a bunch of other "Head of" folks too. Might as well not have the Safety and Security Committee in that case.
