Itch.io has been down for the last 8 hours

itch.io has basically failed in their initial goal to be a competitive videogame storefront. If you're an indie PC game developer, you still have to be on Steam, that's all there is to it.

But what's cool about itch is that they'll also distribute just about anything game-related: game assets, tabletop RPGs, homebrew retro console games. They've been doing a pretty good job with that kind of stuff.
