Flooding death toll in south Brazil rises to 75 as over 100 people still missing

Rio Grande do Sul is one of the richest Brazilian states, is 5th biggest agro producer and has 2x the area of UK. The heavy rains affected most of the state and the metropolitan region was almost entirely flooded. Huge material damage, more than 300K homeless/displaced, almost 2KK negatively impacted.
