Mine is Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck. It taught me the power of a growth mindset, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

Mindset is on my list as well. I spent my high school years definitely locked in the fixed mindset. The transition to college was thus challenging. Peak and Ultralearning mske some good points as well.
