Which book has inspired you the most in your career or personal development?
Mine is Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck. It taught me the power of a growth mindset, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth. Off the top of my head: (less career and more personal development) 1. Finite & Infinite Games, by James Carse 2. Flow, by Czikszentmihalyi 3. The evolving self, by Robert Kegan 4. Man's search for meaning, by Victor Frankl 5. A fine balance, by Rohinton Mistry (fiction) 6. Lila, by Robert Pirsig (fiction) Mindset is on my list as well. I spent my high school years definitely locked in the fixed mindset. The transition to college was thus challenging. Peak and Ultralearning mske some good points as well.
