I know that this is a case-by-case but perhaps you can reply with examples eg. pre-seed, $2M, 20% Pre-seed is variable, depending on the terms of the note, usually the investment is converted to a percentage of stock with some sort of discount at the series A. Series A…typically 20% for the total investment, with the lead investor taking a majority of that.
