And wanted to ask again to hear people's latest recommendations! I've read a number of the recommendations and found them fascinating. In "Sweating Bullets: Notes about Inventing PowerPoint" PowerPoint creator Robert Gaskins tells how he designed and developed the most famous slide presentation application. Disappointed that it's not strictly a PPT though! For an account of early Silicon Valley, "Accidental Empires" by Robert Cringely. It's free on his website (https://www.cringely.com), but you need to search for it.
