Prism (new Ruby parser) in 2024

While it's impressive that the Prism folks managed to push so much of the ecosystem to adopt it (I'm sure the compatibility shims for other parser gems helped!), it's unfortunate that there's no roadmap for CRuby to adopt it internally. The fact that one of the CRuby devs started work on the new "Universal Parser" after work on Prism/yarp had started takes a bit of the wind out of its sails.
